| We would like to start the process of drawing up support/care plans for our residents. Does anyone know of any templates freely available to download or borrow/copy? |

I have an example of a Support Plan drawn up by an almshosue charity specifically to meet the requirements of the Supporting People Programme. I have also an example of a "Resident's Needs and Risk Assessment" - a slightly different approach used by some almshosue charities. I will forward copies by email.
